Branksome Park Planning Approval - 15 Wilderton Road

Anders Roberts are proud to be the first architects to
achieve a planning approval at local authority level for the demolition of a
category "B” dwelling within the Branksome Park Conservation Area.
Category "B” dwellings are properties categorised within the
Branksome Park Conservation Area Appraisal that are considered to make a
positive contribution.
The approved house is a 6500sq.ft contemporary design with an indoor pool, media room and various other facilities, the house will be constructed to Code Level 4 of the Code For Sustainable Homes.

6.5 Million Pound Social Housing Scheme Submitted

Roberts are proud to be working with Bournemouth Borough Council to provide 50
much needed affordable housing units on the former playing fields at Duck Lane.
ARA have
produced the planning application drawings as well as dealing with the
submission and monitoring of the application.

Office Block Approved in Poole

Roberts gain planning approval for an office block in Poole.
For those
who thought we only specialise in residential schemes think again…..
When our
long standing client Whitelock asked us to help with refurbishing their
existing office block, we relished the idea, but also hit upon the potential
for an extra floor on the existing building and a brand new office block over
their car park.
We had a
few challenges with the access from Highways and with the Tree officer with the
lovely beech tree in the car park but due to our great relationship with Poole
Council we were able to design our way around these issues and gain the all
important planning approval for and extra 5000 sq ft of office space in a great
location .

Work has now started onsite at the former Avon View Nursing Home in Bronte Avenue, Christchurch. ARA successfully gained planning permission for the thirty-eight-house scheme in November 2011.
