This scheme successfully achieved planning permission first time round, for two matching contemporary houses. These three storey houses sit between existing two storey houses, but through good design and our relationship with the local authority we were able to achieve the extra upper floor level.

Working closely with Nick Couling Jnr. of Trident Homes on the design and internal layouts, the attention to detail and design, will as always with Trident be carried through into the final product with conviction and without compromise.
