This scheme for two luxury houses in the Sandbanks area of Poole, Dorset was carefully designed to maximise the views over Poole Harbour towards Brownsea Island.

The houses are planned as upside-down putting the living room / kitchen on the upper floor level with the best views towards Brownsea Island, all floors are served by a lift in both houses.

The design combines the use of modern construction materials and natural stone
